When starting a new job, there are some important questions to ask yourself. I ask six questions and ponder some of the right and wrong answers.
• Who am I going to be at work?
• What am I going to be doing?
• Where am I going to sit?
• Why did I get hired?
• When do I get to go home?
• How did I do?
During this presentation, I give my audience simple techniques for translating information on a paycheck. These techniques have been developed throughout my career as a Certified Payroll Professional, and they enable individual earners to exert more control over their net pay as well as make more informed personal financial decisions.
